Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for online appointments booked and paid through Sunaina Netra Chikitsalaya. All fees mentioned below are configured by the clinic and may be updated from time to time.

Patient-Initiated Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of ₹100.0 will be deducted. The remaining consultation fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Clinic-Initiated Cancellations & Reschedules
If the clinic or doctor cancels or reschedules your appointment:
- You will be notified and may accept the new schedule or request a cancellation.
- If you choose not to accept the reschedule, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee with no cancellation fee deducted.
- Platform fees remain non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card used during payment).
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the appointment will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.
Changes to This Policy
Sunaina Netra Chikitsalaya may update cancellation fees and refund rules from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page and apply to future bookings.
